Eagle Pointe Creek is a manufactured housing community (mobile home park) located on the east side of Elms Road, just south of Miller Road in beautiful Swartz Creek, Michigan.  Eagle Pointe Creek is bordered by the west branch of Swartz Creek to the north and beautiful wooded areas to the east and south.  The entrance to our community is approximately 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Elms Road and Miller Road which is a major shopping and business corridor.  We are located within approximately 1/3 of a mile from Kroger, Burger King, Family Farm & Home, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Arbys and much more.  Genesee Valley Mall is located approximately 3 miles northeast of the community.  Further we are well located approximately 1/2 mile from I-69 making Eagle Pointe Creek easily accessible and conveniently located.  

We are located in the award winning Swartz Creek School District with school bus transportation picking up and dropping off in the community.
